My career journey has been more about understanding people than about building products. I believe in the power of empathy and listening, which have been the foundations of my work and leadership style.
Living by the Golden Rule—"Treat others as you would want to be treated"—I've always aimed to create environments where everyone feels heard and valued. This mindset has helped me lead teams effectively, fostering creativity and collaboration towards our common goals.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about mentoring up-and-coming designers from all over the world on ADPList.org. It's rewarding to share what I've learned and to see others grow. And when I'm not mentoring, you'll find me in my garden.
